Shreck was an ocre and he was really lovely and so was Fiona of course. I love that movie.

Ha ha, yes he was wasn't he! Sometimes first impressions really aren't the best to go on and I think that's what has happened with Sunsan and I!

Hi Nickie,

It is nice to hear that your business is busy and things are going well for you. I stumbled across this forum a few weeks ago and it does look really nice! I hope that you manage to sort things out and let it continue as the world needs a nice crafts forum like this one.

Mick

Thanks Mick, it's nice to hear that! I'd love to spend more time on here but life just doesn't allow it at the moment. What crafts are you into?

I was hoping to encourage some members from here to join us in a new venture and get their work out inot the big wide world to be seen, but it seems a none starter really. It's a shame.

If any of you who are bemoaning the lack of action on here are interested in a new craft event, please see greatbritishcraftbazaar.com

Hi all,

I am on a few craft forums, this being one and yes this is the quietest one..... is there no way of 'getting it out there' a bit more maybe? So more people can find it and join in?

Hi Gem,

I think we can all help with that one and maybe mention is on Twitter, Facebook etc...these things take time to develop and although this forum does seem quiet it feels very nice. Can't suggest more than that really, other than keep posting on it and hope that others join in.

All the best

Just to let you know that the forum administrators are talking behind the scenes and looking at ways to bring this forum into the 21st century, however if they are going to be putting so much time, money and effort into making this a community rather than a message board then we (as members) all need to do our part and put our ideas forward, as well as using the forum more often and inviting all your fellow crafters to join you.
