Tip from my florist friend-----

Postby Just Soaps » 01 Dec 2009, 07:44

Next time you are in that burger bar that puts stuff in the burgers to make them addictive to children - "borrow" a load of their drinking straws - they are wider then usual - so if you put the stems of your flowers in them they will stand upright.

Especially good for tulips which tend to droooooop.

Another good tip, put an aspirin in the water to help keep cut flowers
