In my private email, it said "you have a private message from - click here to retrieve" as it normally does.

But the link was broken according to Mr Google - so I came on here and found no PM????

Another thing to add to Shaun's list eh...as always, I haven't got a clue what's going on so I'll get a message off to him AGAIN lol!

If you go to the "user control panel" and click on "general settings" there is an option that says...

Notify me if someone thanks my post.:
You will receive a PM if someone says thank you for any of your posts.

If you click NO then you wont recieve an email everytime someone thanks you for your post, mine already said NO, but I think Jane's may have said YES

Hope that helps everyone.

It seems to only be Jane's account which keeps having problems like this doesn't it...there's something amiss somewhere although not with Jane obviously lol!

Jane what exactly does the message say?

Can you forward me the email that you are receiving? forward it to member.services@hobbyandcraftforums.co.uk
