I don't think you could use latex for soap moulds, I myself am allergic to latex and I imagine it would cause a problem with the soap for other people with the same allergies, I think it would have to be silicone or something similar.

would you be able to use chocolate moulds ?
these have praline moulds but no prices on their website but might be worth ringing them

Aww thanks! I have messaged someone on the 'dark side' (thanks jane!) and i found the vantage house one, their delivery alone is £10!! no prices though. Have found one for £16 online, but again thats a bit steep when there are moulds out there for £4!!

I have a few options though, thanks!

Have you tried Soaposh or Sensory Perfection? Both have moulds....

Use 2 part silicone molding putty- Hannah (Kernowcraft) has it on her website, it's brill stuff and captures every tiny detail and is relatively cheap and can be used to mould all kinds of other things too!

Oh now that sounds like fun! Just what I needed, something else to try lol. :lol: Definatly going on my things to do list!

It's brill Karen...I'm going to use it to take the fingerprints for my fingerprint jewellery, it captures every tiny detail, marvellous stuff lol!
