Welcome to the Hobby & Craft Forums. Tell us a little about yourself and say hello!

Hi, from another newbie

Postby itsybitzy » 10 Jul 2010, 09:54

Hi everyone, my name's Trish.

I've been making crafts for years and have plodded many a muddy field at venues all over the UK. I slowed up a bit to spend time with the nippers and just worked from my home studio but now I'm.... BACK ! haha
Well, not back to plodding mud, but I have just launced my new website after many months of making new things and a lot of hair pulling and teeth gnashin' plus some well needed techy help from a great guy. (more on this later) www.itsbyitzy.co.uk

Please stop by and take a look at my regular stuff and new stuff too and let me know what you think (be gentle haha) There are a few things on there for the home too, but the majority of it is handmade by myself, which will be obvious when you get in there.

I designed and worked my website myself but not without help ! So if anyone is thinking of their own website, then I can only highly applaud Paul Shotan whose link you will find on my site. He is fantastically reasonably priced, very approachable, always has time for you and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's a great laugh too, always an asset.

I won't rattle on too much more and bore you all rigid. Have a great weekend and I look forward to meeting some of you later.

Byeeeee for now

Lovely site and items ...my only criticism and maybe its just a me thing, it may not bother others, is that I would prefer prices to be on the main listing pages rather than having to click on an item to see its price.

The figures remind me of dough figures i used to make ....very cute :)

Hi Trish, look forward to getting to know you better and a big warm welcome to the forum! I just love those figures- they're fantastic! I was hoping to attempt to make something like those myself from ploymer clay but like everything else, I just never got around to doing it lol! Do you make yours from polymer clay then?
