I probably do, though it's something that has been a thought for ages, just not sure yet If I am going to proceed.

My main priority is to get my current venture of the ground, but dam I hate website promotion!

I think the food and how to cook it is a good thing to get into. It's a well known fact that people just don't know how to cook anymore and hence the national obesity problem and obsession with fast food etc. I often look up recipes on the internet if I'm unsure about quantities etc. As hard as I find it to believe I was once told in a lecture that the majority of the population don't know how long to boil an egg for...I think that says it all really!

You are unfortunately up against some stiff competition when it comes to setting up a new site. Only tip I would give it to make it fresh and modern feeling and to look to launch it under an old URL name that has established back links. I run my own site so if you need help just drop me a line.
