As I say, its not worth that much, the bloke has just drastically overpriced it - living in hopes I suppose. You could get something totally awesome the that price and that house is just mediocre.

Just shows how much I know about dolls houses then coz I thought that was pretty awesome (still not worth 3k though)!

It depends what style and era you like, I could show you some Artisan houses that really are awesome. I like character houses, tudor style mainly.
