I have a friend who is allergic to meat but she prefers to tell peole she is vegetarian for ethical reasons...it takes less explaining and people seem to accept it... I can't think how awful it would be if someone played this kind of 'joke' on her - she could die from it - not a pleasant ending to an evening meal with 'friends'...what a funny sense of humour you have Daisysmum

i did say i was joking OH didn't do it really maybe i do have a funny sense of humour people have said so before. thats the problem with forums people can't tell what is joking and what is serious sorry didn't mean to offend you

Ohhh! I see....I thought, when you said you were joking that it was a joke you played on someone...but you meant that you didn't really do it - it was just something you made up...I get it now...
