My First Pamper Party.....

Postby judivenn » 28 Nov 2009, 08:59

I was invited to have a stall at a Pamper event on Tuesday evening...and am busily making products (as I don't usually do this kind of thing and make all my products to order!)...

I just wanted to ask what you like to see at a stall, if/when you go to these kinds of things...here's my plan, does nayone see any flaws or something I forgot?

* Leaflets - I've printed about 50 A4 Leaflets with a little 'taster' of some of the products.

* Order forms - because of the large range of fragrances I have available you can bet your bottom dollar I won't take the ones people want - so I'll take some order forms.

* Posters - I've made some A3 posters to stick on the walls - which are set out like menu's so people can see the different options available. I've also done the same posters but put them on card so they can be looked at more closely.

*Banner - I've done a large DeliPots banner with the web address, log etc...

* Products...I'm taking a variety of my best sellers in a variety of fragrances...

* Samples - I'm taking some of my MiniPots to dot about the stall so that people can have a sniff or a try of the products....

Any more ideas????

I'm very nervous :)

Sounds like it could be good! Don't forget your business cards and hand them to absolutely everyone and don't forget to give them details on the last order dates for arrival for Christmas!

A good tip ;)

Ask the organiser first - make a sign saying "todays soap is supplied by XYZ - please visit our stall for more details"

Then stick it in the ladies with sample bars - I get know end of people coming to the stall saying, "which is the soap in the ladies?
It is lovely"

Word of warning though, don't do it if there is another soaper there, and don't do it if there is a jeweller there called Becky - cos she'll knick it ;) ;) ;) ;)
