Hi! I am 5 weeks pregnant and am a full time jeweller. Does anyone know if it is safe to continue throughput the pregnancy as panic has started to kick in! Could the chemicals i use in solder, flux etc harm my baby?? i hope someone has more info on this!

Carl is probably the one to anser this one Ella! I'm sure there'd be some warning on the labels of the products though if they were in any way dangerous!

Ella you do have to take care of your baby. I think if you do care a little you can continue with it. I suggest you to consult with your doc in this respect. There may be some harmful gas or heat generated out of it may harm your baby.
