Hover over the URL button and it tells you how to do it..

Do you mean like this...

You need to make sure that you are trying to display an image and not a webpage. It needs to end in .jpg, .gif, .png or any other image extension you may come across. What you were trying to use was the webpage as it had the .htm "extension", extension meaning the bit on the end which could also be .html, .php, .aspx ... quite a few more...
