I like food but don't know what to cook tonight. I don't know why I'm asking here, but I hope Sue or Sue will help me because they are the only ones on here at the moment. I do miss that lovely nickie. I'll have to ask her where she is....

I don't mean to be rude Edna but I'm definitely a Susan not a Sue i used to hate it when people shortened my name. Im not going to hold it against you though as you do seem a nice friendly person. Who is nikkie? Why is she so lovely?

I only really do proper dinner on a Sunday when my daughter in law and family visit, it's just not worth cooking for 1 the rest of the week. I've got a nice shepherds pie to pop in the microwave later and i';ll boil up some peas to go with it too.

I'm so sorry Susan. I didn't mean to offend you. I feel really bad about that now! Thank you for the suggestions. I managed to cook myself a small pork chop with some peas (your suggestion Susan), and some sliced potatoes I baked in the oven, though they were a little bit over cooked.

That all sounds yummy! Talking of food, have you tried the Reggae Reggae sauce, developed by Levi Roots? WOW! We first tried it a few weeks ago, the 'hot' cooking sauce version. Covered chicken thighs with it with some peppers and it is fantastic! We now use it on lots of things.

LOL, I always mean to pick some of that up when I'm out shopping but always manage to somehow forget-everyone seems to love it and what a cool guy too lol!
